About Author 
Shri I.C. Srivastava is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the Rajasthan cadre whose career reflects disciplined public service, administrative reform, and a deep commitment to public service. He joined the IAS in July 1966 and served for 37 years in important postions across districts and departments of Rajasthan. His assignments included Collector in Barmer, Sriganganagar, and Bharatpur; Divisional Commissioner, Jaipur; Secretary and Principal Secretary in several State Government Departments; and Chairman, Board of Revenue (Chief Secretary / Secretary GOI Scale). He has also authored books on governance and is still active in social work and institutional leadership.
