About the Author
Shri I.C. Srivastava is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the Rajasthan cadre whose career reflects disciplined public service, administrative reform, and a deep commitment to society. He joined the IAS in July 1966 and served for 37 years in important roles across districts and departments of Rajasthan. His assignments included Collector in Barmer, Sriganganagar, and Bharatpur; Divisional Commissioner, Jaipur; Secretary and Principal Secretary in several departments; and Chairman, Board of Revenue. He has also authored books on governance and remained active in social work and institutional leadership for many years.
